2.The working principle of the equipment: automatic feeding → automatic slitting → longitudinal folding → automatic liquid filling → cutting → stacking and counting → synchronous conveying → automatic packing bag hole opening → automatic labeling → packaging back sealing → heat sealing cutting → automatic output → lid gluing → finished product output
3. The equipment is equipped with two sets of 1.2m online slitting device. The slitting knife can move left and right to adjust the product slitting width, and is equipped with pneumatic automatic feeding, air expansion shaft unwinding, and pneumatic wide belt synchronous conveying device.
4. The equipment is equipped with a complete set of folding devices, which can fold N and V shape, and is equipped with multiple adjustment devices to ensure that the product size is accurate.
5. The whole set of equipment conveying system adopts imported conveyor belt to convey, firm, durable and pollution-free; equipped with a whole set of automatic liquid adding system including stainless steel mixing tank with disinfectant.
