1.Equipment Requirements: automatic unwind, edge correction, automatic tension control, and rewinding fabric roll at the same time.
2. The valid rewinding door width of machine is 1200 mm, and the maximum diameter of the fabric roll is 800 mm.
3.Adopted PLC servo programming control system and microcomputer touch screen display to control rewind and unrewind.
4. The automatic constant tension device cooperates with the servo system to control the winding tension, effectively ensuring the stable tension is consistent from unwinding to winding.
5. The machine equipped with a set of material feeding and unloading devices respectively.
6. The feed tail frame is equipped with an automatic servo edge correction device, and the infrared probe tracking and detection, which effectively controls the neatness of rewinding roll (within ± 5mm).
7.The normal production speed of the machine is 20-60m/min (actual speed is according to the characteristics of various raw materials).
8. The rewinding roll (using plain roller/engraved roller) adopts 74mm air expansion shaft for winding, and is equipped with a safety clamp to prevent the cloth from being thrown out.
9. The whole machine is equipped with high-precision aluminum alloy wrinkle removal roller, which is easy and stable to use. The aluminum roller has stretching lines to prevent raw materials from wrinkling.
10. Most parts of the equipment are operated by air cylinder for clutch and lifting, which is easy to operate.
11. The equipment adopts frequency conversion control for speed regulation, and the wiring of electrical parts is standardized, reasonable, clean, safe and easy to operate.
12. The overall frame adopts international forming steel, the surface is made of rust -proof treatment, and all the panels of the machine are made of rust -proof paint.
13. The size of the frame welding needs to be accurate, the bracket is appropriately reinforced, the belt wheel, the gear and all the transmission part of the transmission are accurate to ensure that the machine is running smoothly.
